Vital was interally involved in the decision for W&DB plc to change its name to Marston’s after 150 years. The project was hugely sensitive and emotionally challenging for staff. Vital developed the strategy behind the chosen name and integrated elements of the company’s heritage into the new identity. We conceived, project mangaged, handled all internal and external communications in a project which was 90% implemented in 6 months from concept to delivery. |
