Vital was founded in 1994 by Jeremy Eaton and Vivienne Bailey and both of us are still here. Our Executive Creative Director Craig Spivey joined the board in 2006.
And we have one non executive director, Chris Murphy, Chairman of Balloon Dog.
The board sets the strategy and runs the business... the operating directors all work on live accounts as their day job!
We have a senior management team and 20 colleagues who work in our London and Leamington offices. Over half of the team have been here for more than five years, and some leavers keep coming back for more either as associates or consultants.
